These terms govern your use of Eurostep Fantasy, a free fan-made fantasy basketball service. By creating an account, league or draft room, or by joining one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
Eurostep Fantasy lets a group of friends run private leagues: live or scheduled draft rooms (with optional bot teams), a practice mock draft, and a season-long head-to-head game with lineups, waiver claims, trades, league votes, standings and playoffs, scored from public EuroLeague box scores. Suggestions such as the Draft War Room or best pickups are guidance only; you always make your own picks and moves. The service is free. It has no prizes, entry fees or betting, and must not be used for them.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older to create an account. Keep your password, sign-in links, authenticator codes, account sessions, room-session credentials and invite codes private. You are responsible for what happens through credentials you control and for giving accurate information.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you add: your display name, league and team names, and chat messages. You let us store and show that content to the people in your league or room so the service works, and you confirm you may share it. Other members of your league can see it, including members who join later.
Fair use
- Do not harass anyone, post hateful, illegal or sexual content, impersonate people, or share others' private information.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, automate abuse against, or bypass authorization and rate limits.
- Do not use the service for gambling, entry fees, prizes or any real-money contest.
- Commissioners share invite links and exports only with their intended group.
Moderation and reporting
A league's commissioner can remove chat messages and manage members. We may remove content or limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users, data or the service at risk. When we do, we tell the person affected why, unless the law or safety prevents it, and they can reply to contest the decision.
To report content you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, use the Feedback button on any page or email euroleaguedraftapp@proton.me, saying where it is and why. That address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act; we answer in English or Greek.
Availability and changes
This is an independently operated service. Draft state is built to recover, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, and access may be limited to protect users, data or reliability. Export results you want to keep. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we show the new date here and give at least 14 days' notice in the app before the change applies.
Ownership and affiliation
The service's code, interface and design belong to their owner. Player and club names identify real people and teams. Statistics come from public EuroLeague box scores at euroleague.net. Eurostep Fantasy is an unofficial, fan-made game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Euroleague Basketball, any club, or the official EuroLeague fantasy game.
Liability and ending use
To the extent the law allows, the free service is provided as available, without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect loss, missed picks, lost opportunities or disputes inside a private league. Nothing here limits rights or liability that the law does not allow to be limited. You can stop using the service and request account deletion from the dashboard at any time.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
